Waited an hour to get food that we placed online prior to arriving. Got half the food and waited an additional half hour to receive the food. Not even an apology. Workers would not speak though being spoke politely to. Absolutely the worst experience even for a fast food restaurant and that’s saying something.
I placed a Doordash order with this Sonic...Of course with Doordash the prices were jacked up as expected ($10ish for a kids meal) and spent $89. I waited 38 minutes just to have my order canceled because they couldn't fulfill the order. Why did it take them 38 minutes to realize they didn't have these basic items to fulfill my order? This sonic is HORRIBLE. They are either out of something or you will be waiting forever for anything. I placed a mobile order thinking it would be faster WRONG!
