Went through the drive thru and ordered. Pulled up to the window to pay and waited too long. The employee was talking to another employee while I waited. Eventually, someone came to the window, and I paid. I received my order and heard a clunk in the box. Donuts were hard. Hot light was not on... donuts were not soft or fresh. It's disappointing for sure.
Donuts were great but the drive thru staff would not speak up so we could hear her at the window. We had to repeat our order multiple times before we felt comfortable with her getting it correct. Sure enough we paid for more than we received. Some donuts were missing. Food is always great but staff was disappointing this

The Atmosphere! It was freezing in there! That would be great if it was 100° outside.The service was good until the cashier started rambling about tips and the cost of making donuts compared to the price charged the customers.Almost made me want to walk out.Maybe I'm too old school (vintage).
