This Popeyes is no good. Workers are not friendly and not very good at their jobs!Pulled around to the drive through only to be asked to sign a paper on a clipboard. I was told to date and sign it to show that I picked up my order. This is the first time EVER I’ve had to write my name while picking up food! I just scribbled something down the employee couldn’t even read!And finally, I checked my order and they forgot about $20.00 worth of food. I had to drive back around and they didn’t even apologize for the mistake! No accountability at all!

Was not greeted when we came just asked what we wanted. The Cajun rice was burnt and old. We were the only customers in the store and the two guys upfront proceed to tell all the staff out loud what a poor customer the old man with straw hat was. Spoke with manager and she told them to see her and one of the guys said what for, the one said the guys must have complained. $28.00 for two meals I do not care to her you complain about Customers.

The food is really good, but the management and many of the employees just need to go. The past 5 times I have been there, (drive thru and going inside) I order the same thing. 5 classic tenders, and I have gotten SPICY. 5 times…. And I asked for what I origanally ordered and they said, “no, just eat it it’s not that bad” and I was being super nice dispite my anger. But being told to just deal with it is not ok, seeing as I’m paying for it. These people have been rude and forget they work in customer service. ? honestly a waste of time and money. I recommend others that are a bit farther away. Don’t waste your time or money here. Unless you wanna get treated like you’re worthless.

There was either a bug or dirt stuck under my drink lid. I asked the girl at the drive thru to please make me a new tea. She said no. And closed the window. She said that isn’t a bug… all our lids are like that. Sometimes I’m just speechless.

Not sure what kind of management team runs your millbrook and Prattville locations. Every time we go to get take out. Takes foreverrrrrr. They pull you up. And you wait. Long time. Also they dont know how to order trucks. Today one location out of tenders. The other out of fries. Must have gotten managers out of a cracker Jack box, because they sure dont know how to manage a restaurant. Sorry but truth hurts. These 2 locations have been like this almost 2 years. Yall can hire better folks popeyes. Your loosing sale after sale becausenof bad management and bad running of a restaurant.
