"As a Louisiana native, I'm thrilled to have stumbled upon T.J.'s Crawfish Shack Food Truck here in Alabama! The moment I caught a whiff of those signature Cajun spices, I was transported back home. We stop by the food truck and had the boudin balls! They are so delicious! We will be back when they are in Anniston at Walmart! Thank you we really enjoyed them!
I got the boudan balls and the Bacon wraps, I have no idea what was in em!..but it was amazing! Great food and good people
