Seafood Restaurants near Red Bay

“This restaurant is the best in town!!! I highly recommend the smashed potato, or grilled chicken salad! I just wish they were open everyday! On Thursdays, you have to get their fried fish! Talk about yum! And, they make their own tartar sauce! Don’t forget to ask for pickles and onion, too!“

“I grew up in North Texas eating fried catfish regularly. I’ve had good, great, and pretty terrible catfish over the years and The Fish Place’s catfish ranks right up there with the better ones. Filets are a good size and the portions are generous. The cole slaw is a nice vinegar with white pepper. The fries were crisp and the hush puppies were well seasoned. This is definitely a return trip next time we’re in Red Bay for service on the motorhome.It seemed most of their business was take out, but we were there for an early supper. There are about 15 or so seats in the dining room distributed among 4 or 5 tables.“
