“Pulled pork quesadillas are delicious just a little too salty and could be a little more crispy for my preference, but the barbecue sauce adds rich flavor to an already flavorful meal! The chips are tasty with a little seasoning on top and can be complimented by the barbecue sauce too! Friendly and kind staff add to a down to earth and vibey ambience. Will definitely be back to try the brisket!“

“Passed through Mobile and went to the Backlot on a whim to grab a bite. Excellent coleslaw and brisket sandwich and they were both excellent. The chicken sandwich was a little dry, but the fries more than made up for it. A nice place to swing by and grab some great barbecue.“

“Excellent food all the way around, from beans, chips, pupusas, salsa, tacos, tamales, and tortillas, yes we had it all. Our waiter was superb! We had to sit outside because the music was too loud and we wanted to talk but other than that its was perfect.“
