“The food is always good and the service is friendly. They had some new servers that didn't quite understand the system, but it was understandable. They guy that takes your order always seems to have an attitude issue, but it Saraland and that's their culture.“
“I went in this morning and I honestly was at a loss for words for awhile. Everything I tried was AMAZING. Biscuits were so flaky and buttery. The cinnamon roll melted in your mouth. My favorite thing was the red velvet and oatmeal creme pies, they are out of this world good. I will rave about this place forever. Every person I spoke to was just as sweet as their pies. I will come here every time I'm in Mobile and will be placing orders.“
“Stopped by this morning and picked up a delicious and creamy white chocolate mocha. Good selection of coffee and tea products. Place was very welcoming and the barista was so nice and helpful. They even had some of my favorite Brazilian sweets, brigadeiros. Ample seating inside.“

“Despite usually being busy (because it's so awesome), this cozy coffee shop has a great atmosphere. A wrap-around porch offers more seating, with pet-friendly accommodations. Have had a number of their scratch made desserts, which includes the BEST red velvet cake EVER. (The only thing I'd change about it, is there are actually TOO many pecans both pressed into the icing and in the filling layers. Imho, they could at least eliminate the nuts inside.) Their strawberry icebox pie could be placed next to your grandma's, and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Staff is always very nice and quick service.“
“Great variety of various types of art, showcasing local artists. The gallery is manned by some of the artists, who are very helpful. Downstairs (I call it the dungeon) is a small bar where you can obtain an adult beverage. If you love art, this is a must visit.“
“When you first walk into this bakery you are greeted by staff & clean establishment. Their cookies, cakes, and brownies always taste fresh. Every staff member I've encountered were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this bakery over any other in Mobile.“
“First visit, loved the pasty I ordered. My mocha latte with oatmilk was everything!! The pastry was the crossaint with dark chocolate and some kind of orange stuff drizzled on the top. Loved the vibe outside. I'm not to keen on dining with dogs everywhere, but oh well. Love the seating under the pergola. I plan on going back soon.“
“The food, service, and atmosphere at The Cheese Cottage is amazing. My family and I stayed the night in Mobile and needed to get dinner at 7 pm. I found The Cheese Cottage on a search and saw it closed by 8 pm. I called and asked if a party of six could stop by at 7:30 and Rose was very welcoming. Mary was our server and suggested the Mushroom soup of the day. My wife, daughter, and I had the half grilled cheese and soup. The mushroom soup was delicious and the specialty grilled cheese sandwiches were the perfect combination for a cool spring evening. Our other children had the pizzas which were also good. The outdoor seating under the patio is quaint and location is close to downtown Mobile. Pricing is affordable and easily matches the quality and quantity of food. We are glad we stopped by. “We had a party of 10 and were seated within 10 minutes. Great variety on the menu and everyone was pleased with their entrees. The salads were very fresh and the house vinegrette was excellent.
