“I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)”

“I went thru the drive thru this morning, who ever made biscuits this morning needs a raise! That was the best biscuit I've had from anywhere. I usually don't eat a whole biscuit, but I couldn't stop eating it.”

“I ordered a pretzel online from the Subway in Glencoe, for whatever reason they couldn't make one. So they called another location (owned by same person) and had them bring my pretzel to the Glencoe location. It says alot about a business when they will go out of their way for a $3 order. They have my business forever!!”

“We came to this location after a football game nearby. The drive thru was busy but the inside was dead. It took a while for someone to come and take our order on counter but they finally did. Noticed food was taking longer than expected with nobody else being in the dining room. After about 20 minutes I started to get up and heard Phoebe ask if the front counter order had gone out. Which was a no. Phoebe then apologized and told me the food would be out immediately. After a few minute wait Phoebe personally brought the food to the table and once again apologized then ran to grab utensils and sauces so we didn’t have to get up. Pies were included as an apology for the time it took the food to be brought out. Phoebe looked to be about the only one worried about what was going on in the store. Great customer service from Phoebe!”

“I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Louie and his wife talk to you while they are making your pizza. You get to watch them make it. They grow a lot of their own ingredients and make things like their sausage from scratch. Get the pizza with the honey on it. I know it sounds weird, but it is amazing. Louie knows what he's doing! If you are on the highway going through north east Alabama, get off the highway and make a detour and go here. You will NOT regret it. And did I mention that they make homemade pickles too?? If you love pickles, these are the absolute BEST. Downtown Attalla is adorable too.”

The food is Fantastic, but I thought I was going to chant her for the napkins and restroom entrance too!!! Omg! But!! THE FOOD IS SPECTACULAR!! It’s a High End sports bar!! But I got the tv on MY game and the service from the door greeting was FABULOUS!! I Might side eye! BUT DEFINITELY COMING BACK FOR ALICIA AND FOOD!!!”
