“I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)”

“I ordered a pretzel online from the Subway in Glencoe, for whatever reason they couldn't make one. So they called another location (owned by same person) and had them bring my pretzel to the Glencoe location. It says alot about a business when they will go out of their way for a $3 order. They have my business forever!!”

“The cashier was very friendly but not cashier material. The manager had a long ponytail that she was constantly slinging around. I was almost expecting hair in my food. The burger was really good though.”

“Taco Bell always has mixed reviews but with some patience this location is definitely hitting the bar. Staffing across the board sometimes makes this location slower than usual but all food is fixed at the time of order so it’s always fresh! Employees are majority young adults doing this as a part time job so be nice and give a little grace.”

“Good experience, our waitress Gracie was great. The Crazy Train burger was great but the fries were terrible still firm and soaked with oil. I think the oil temp was too low. I'll give it another go and see how it goes.”

The atmosphere is bright and cheerful yet serene. Fresh flowers adorn each table and silverware (real stainless, not plastic!) is wrapped in a cloth napkin. Farm to table AND a business plan which focuses on supporting teens with developmental disabilities? I will be back and will sing the praises of Beautiful Rainbow! 🌈”
