The chicken fingers and fries were crispy and hot, but VERY salty. I could not eat the fries they were so salted.The bathrooms are not clean, liquid on the floor, and trash can overflowing with used paper on the floor.Worst Zaxby's experience.

I walked inside to order and was ignored by the staff. I stood there for a for of minutes just to see if somebody would say something but no…I walked out and noticed only one couple sitting in the restaurant so it won’t be long before they close! They need to take lessons from Chic-Fil-A on how to treat customers. I will not be back.

Zaxby has probably the best chicken and sauce, it reminds me if raising canes in a way with the chicken and the sauce with the epic customer service!!

Too over priced for what is.. its not that great espically when you can go to jacks and get twice the food for half the price?
Besides Zaxby’s being gross in general, this location is exceptionally bad. The service is SO slow, probably because the entire staff is teenagers who stand around laughing and playing on their phones. I stood at the counter and made eye contact with 4 different people before a slightly older guy finally walked by and helped me.Also, the building itself is GROSS. Why am I looking at dead bugs while I eat? This is the second time I’ve noticed bugs here, and again- if the kids would put their phones down and work, maybe they could clean up some. Even if they just picked up the trash that is everywhere.And before you wonder “Well why did you go back?”- because my husband insists on the greasiest fast food in town and I can only argue with the man so much.
