Beware if they don't ask what chicken pieces you want for your fried chicken, they'll select cook's choice and you WILL get the smallest wing and leg on the planet. The rest of my food was perfect. Lesson learned.
I am so impressed I have never seen such a happy energetic atmosphere the customer service was amazing and we got all of our order and you could tell the workers enjoyed their job.Kid-friendliness: Everyone was so sweet!

During the day, everything has been wonderful. When coming in later at night, it is very common to be asked to hold for 10+ minutes before even attempting to take an order when there are multiple employees in the restaurant and nobody waiting for food in front of the person ordering. Mostly, this site is great, but later at night could use some improvement on actually handling the customers.
