Let me start by saying that a 1 is as low as I can give this establishment or it would have been a zero!! While sitting at the drive-thru window after paying for my food...a middle aged female worker was flossing her teeth with a green floss glide at the counter while waiting on my food to be prepared and sent to her to bag. Are there no health codes in Alabama? Do these workers preparing other people's food not understand that is not ok?? I would have driven off but I already paid!! I put that food in the first garbage can I passed. I'm so angry about wasting the money and the food!! Education is the key to everything. I will call the manager on Monday morning.

During the day, everything has been wonderful. When coming in later at night, it is very common to be asked to hold for 10+ minutes before even attempting to take an order when there are multiple employees in the restaurant and nobody waiting for food in front of the person ordering. Mostly, this site is great, but later at night could use some improvement on actually handling the customers.

Beware if they don't ask what chicken pieces you want for your fried chicken, they'll select cook's choice and you WILL get the smallest wing and leg on the planet. The rest of my food was perfect. Lesson learned.
Was informed that the drive through lane was close at 7:54. Called to see if they were still open. No one answered the phone. Then a woman hell at us to tell us that the drive through was closed and we needed to come inside. Her attitude was less than pleasant. By far the worst experience so far here in tallassee.
