I didn't realize that it was a game day. I stopped at the one closest to where I live and it was backed up, so I thought that I would have better luck at a larger location. Wrong! The Tuscaloosa location was much worse. I went inside to order and the place was a madhouse. There was a line for mobile apps/carry out/curbside? You couldn't tell which line was for the dining room. When I was able to place my order, I received my drinks and then had to wait for thirty-five minutes to get my food. People who had called or ordered theirs ahead of time had to wait just as long. It was a disaster. Strange thing was that it slowed down at the counter at noon. I was trying to finish eating and get out of there. My milkshake was so cold that I got throat freeze instead of brain freeze. I carried it with me so that I could finally leave. Even after shopping at a nearby store, it was still that cold. I will never eat out on game day again.

The worst customer service ever. I have never seen a roach at a chic fil a until visiting this location. When I took a picture they had the audacity to be rude about it. Will definitely be calling coporate.

It's a Chick-fil-A in a mall food court, so the atmosphere is...mall-ish. I had to repeat parts of my order several times, so the service could have been a little better. Nuggets and spicy fillet sandwich were right on the mark, as usual.?

I took my 11 year old to the mall yesterday. Mary the cashier (with severe tooth decay) was very rude, but I ignored it at the beginning. After we were done with our lunch in the food court area, my daughter wanted a refill on her drink. She went to the counter and she was the only one. Moments later two young white females came behind her for refills and Mary took their drinks while my 11 year old was completely ignored. She then took my daughters drink in a totally different tone, I watched this from my table. I had to approach the counter and asked Mary (with the severe tooth decay) Why did she take their order first? She immediately started acting like the victim, saying she had no idea. I said to her also You didn’t Say “My pleasure” after I received my order, She screamed Very Loudly (like a PIRATE) MY PLEASURE!! She was spitting grossly while screaming. We then walked away. I later called and complained to management, just so they are aware of the issue. I know this issue is not resolvable with this franchise unless they hire a more diverse Leadership. Also the food was not good but the lemonade was on point.

I left my card yesterday at this restaurant. Went complete panic mode. Went back and they had my card. I left it in the card reader and someone bought their meal with my card but this Chick Fil A refunded the order. Really made my day! Thank you.

Make sure you watch the employee’s I came in today and they had 1 employee handling orders, and making drinks while his hands were freshly coated with flour…. Disgusting. He had no care in the world contaminating the whole ice bin as I watched him make my drink. Today was not a good experience for me July 16th, 2022 5pm. Hopefully this will never happen again
