Placed my order on the app. Got there 22 minutes later- not ready- not even started. Stood there for about 10 minutes and nothing came out of the kitchen. The sandwich maker looked lost and the manager was just watching her. I asked them to cancel it and refund me bc I was in a hurry. That's why I pick Jimmy John's. It's def not the high quality gourmet sandwiches. They're fine but the entire point is they're supposed to be freaky fast. Not 30 minutes and you still haven't even looked at my order.I still need a refund and y'all need to fix this hot mess of a store.

Always a great meal at Jimmy John’s. I had the Italian night club today. What a phenomenal sandwich, and I had the small one and it filled me up tremendously.

Food is good however there is this one driver who watches to see if you are writing in a tip. If you don’t, she asks if you would like to leave one. I understand they work for tips but the way she asks is rude to me. Makes me not want to order.

Freaky Slow Delivery my last three times ordering. An hour and half for a sandwich. Time to recruit people that want to work.

My wife and I picked Jimmy Johns because we were in a hurry ("Freaky Fast" is their ad). Not so freakin' fast. The counter help (Carla) was too busy trying to buy Mary Kay makeup to help us--or even acknowledge our presence--when we walked in. She was rubbing different colors of makeup onto the back of her left hand with the fingers of her right hand. After enough of that and a minute more of discussion with the Mary Kay representative, she walked to the back saying she'd be with us in a bit...then proceeded WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS to handle bread for the oven. You don't have to be ServSafe certified to know that she should've washed her hands and worn gloves to handle food. So we asked a line worker if there was anyone else who could take our order, and he tried his best, bless his heart he tried. Our first sandwich came out in about five minutes, then the other about five minutes later. Total time for two sandwiches: 16 minutes. Not Freaky Fast, not food safe, and not ever again. Do yourself a favor: skip this place and hit up another--any other--fast food nearby.

I eat at Jimmy John’s almost weekly. This was my first time at the 69 South location as I was waiting for my bf to have dental work done next door. I placed my order in the drive through. Once I pulled up to the window, the drive thru lady open the window but never said a word. She just held the window open for the 2 minutes it took them to make my sandwich and stared at the computer screen frowning. It was very awkward and rude. A young black guy came from across the room to bring my sandwich. I’m assuming he was a delivery driver as he was wearing a jacket that was very wet from the active rain. He told me to have a good day. At the moment I grabbed my bag from him. The drive thru lady ( older short white lady) starts SNEEZING INTO THE AIR. I know this is Alabama and ppl don’t want to wear masks but if you’re sick you could at least wear a mask or cover your d*** mouth. Especially at a restaurant that serves cold food. Will not be back.
