The Mac and cheese was extremely dry. The Mac on these reviews is not the Mac I received. The sweet potatoes were cut so thick that the flavor was bland. Kool aid tasted like diet flavor aid. Disappointed.

We stopped here on our way back from a camping trip, and were greeted with warm, delicious food, and friendly, attentive staff. The Mac and cheese was to die for and they even cleaned our plates after we finished eating!

We arrived at the Diner and a closed sign was on the door. My husband saw lights on in the place and decided to check it out. Apparently they were setting up for a catered Christmas event and the owner heard my husband at the door. He opened and told us to come on in and order what we wanted. He stopped his preparations for the event and prepared our food. We ordered three Whiting dinners and a Pork Chop dinner and they were all delicious. Although we wanted Onion Rings that my Mom remembered from the Teachers Retirement Luncheon in May, all sides (Fried Okra, Mac & Cheese and Fries) were delicious. And the Lemonade was the icing on the cake. Thanks for welcoming us and making us feel at home.

The absolute best family owned restaurant I have ever ate at! The food was great, the drinks were great and of course the family was phenomenal! 10/10 Everyone needs to come down to try their delicious food with the best service! They go out of their way to make you feel important, a great atmosphere full of lovely people!

Catfish filets were excellent. .Fried chicken gizzards were cooked perfectly. Mashed potatoes appeared as though they were instant,no flavor, I claim this because the potato flakes wasn't blended well. Collards were seasoned well, either frozen or from a can?Service was exceptional.The meat alone will make us go back, delicious!
