“I've spent 3 days in Florence visiting my daughter who is at the University of North Alabama and we visited 6 restaurants. The Pie Factory of Florence was one of our favorites, delicious wings and pizza but what stood up the most was the great service we got from Mary Grace !!! Best waitress in town :)“
“Ordered the Antipasto Salad & the artichoke on it was delicious & overall great salad ?.Also ordered the Italian sub Large. First I will say they make their own bread. And it’s thin so you can enjoy a sub sandwich the way you are supposed to. And they make their own dressing. We had a 5 top pizza - PERFECT in every way, hamburger, veggie plate, plus the smoked chicken plate. Amazing food preparation. “I’ve always loved this place but today I just had to write a review.Everyone’s food was great. My wife and I have never had a bad meal there. The service is always good but today it was great.Our Waitress was Katie (hope I spelled it correctly) and she impressed our group of 6. Usually you need to remind a waiter or waitress about something. But not today. The cool part was she never wrote anything down, and got everything right. Even though some in the group asked for odd substitutions for their meals. The other part that made her impressive was that she was attentive but not too much. You know how some waitresses will stay at your table to long or they don’t come by often enough.Thank you Ricatoni’s and Katie for the great food and perfect service.“

“Brought our grandkids to Chuck E Cheese for the first time in Sheffield. I have fond memories of Chuck E Cheese as a child and loved bringing my own kids. I invited 4 adults and 3 kids and I ordered 2 pizzas, 6 drinks, a dessert cookie and three - 1 hour play cards for $133. I would have rather had a 3rd pizza instead of dessert but they didn’t have a deal for that. Also I was disappointed in the price of the salad, which was $8 for only 1 plate. Wish it was all you could eat, even if it cost a little more!! The kids had fun playing even though it was a little crowded. There were a few games that weren’t working, which was disappointing but overall it was a lot of fun. I like the variety of games, so all ages had something to do!! My granddaughter wanted to see Chuck E. Cheese but he never came out. ☹️ Employees came by several times to check on us and see if we needed anything, they also offered to refill our drinks. The best part was that I had coupons for 1500 free tickets and my grandkids were able to get great prizes. I highly recommended downloading the app. They loved it and well be neck back.“

“Absolutely our favorite Pizza Chain!!! We had not had it in a long time because we had moved to a city that didn't have a Marcos. Last night we saw one and went with the kids and forgot how good Maros it....BETTER THEN THE OTHER CHAINS! Even the kids were saying how much better it is then the other places. Plus, the staff at this Marcos were nice, professional and timely. Highly recommend.“
