Horrendous customer service. If you must go to this location DO NOT do curbside pickup. I’ve had trouble with it four or five times now. I even spoke with a manager once and they were apologetic and helpful, but that only goes so far if the service never improves. Waiting for 20 minutes today was the final straw — only to go inside the store and be told they put it in the inside pickup area and couldn’t bring it out because there weren’t enough employees. They had my number — they could’ve called and told me that at a minimum.

This store is poorly managed. Understaffed and lack of controls. Ordered for ease and quickness and received neither. Order was placed at 12:55pm and not received until 3:30pm. I was told there is one driver and orders are not tracked. Freaky

Ordered. An hour later was told it was out for delivery. Two hours later and it still hadn't been delivered. Very difficult to try and cancel an order.Edited: after taking the trash out the next day and checking house cameras I found a bag of sandwiches out the back driveway by the road. Kudos to the delivery guy for sneaking them back there, barely caught it on camera 3 hours after we ordered the food.

JJ sandwiches are good but I don't think they are worth the price. $16 is alot for bread and lunch meat. Delivery has taken over an hour everytime I have ordered... not fast like it used to be.

I had lunch on 9/4/23 at the Vestavia Hills location and was extremely disappointed. I ended up waiting around 8 mins for my sandwich to be made, I was the only one in line it wasn't busy. When I finally got my sandwich it was pitiful! There was hardly any meat on it. I've never had a sandwich like this at any other JJ location.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery on the 18th. No problems. I try to order again today and the guy gonna lie to me and say he dont deliver to my location. Hung up on me and then refused to ever answer the phone when I called back. Ducked me for half an hour.

Auston was the only person working when we were here and he did an AMAZING job juggling walk-in traffic and mobile orders…and they were busy! He made sure to greet every person as they walked through the door even when he was in the middle of making a sandwich.

This is our local Jimmy John's and it is always an awful experience. Usually I place orders and they call and say they don't have a driver available so your order will be cancelled. However sometimes they don't call then in an hour I call and they say oh sorry we don't have a driver you can come pick it up. So because I love Jimmy John's I do. Tonight I called after my order had been out for delivery for an hour and the manager said we don't have bread to complete your order and that he has been trying to call and it's been going to voicemail....then continued to say your phone number is the 602 number right like he has for sure never looked at my phone number. It's unfortunate I love the food and will come back but they are close to losing a customer forever. Place truly is terribly run. Look forward to speaking to chase the manager tomorrow. Jimmy John's I know nothing about the food industry but if you fire Jonathan and chase I know logistics and management and will come run your store proper.
