Samauri Japan was our last stop for my gf's birthday celebration. The restaraunt is cute and has seating both inside and outside. Our server had so much personality. She was the kind of individual that just makes you happy being in her presence. I believe her name was Veronica. For starters we ordered the clear soup and ginger salad. We have been here four times now. The first visit was excellent. I went back to see if the service was a fluke the first time or if it would stay the same. Each visit we were not disappointed. The service was outstanding, the staff actually recognized us as returning customers on the second visit. Now the food. Samurai is hands down the best and freshest sushi in the Birmingham area. It took me almost 6 years after moving here to find it, but I'm forever a fan now! The Crazy Tuna Roll is amazing and the seaweed salad is such a great portion. Not to mention, their service is top notch. Always so friendly!
