These employees you have working the night shift are in desperate need of training or fired. We sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes upon which when we reached the speaker was asked to hold on for another 15 minutes. After the line in front us had cleared out within that 15 minutes , we asked if anyone was there. The response was the same" Hold on." So we drove to the window and all the employees are just standing around talking with no customers inside. Fast food in Benton as a whole and especially Taco Bell is being run in the ground by the employees lack of training , Leadership and just straight lazy . This has gone on way to long at this location.

Last night we went to taco bell in benton off military road. This is literally the 4th time in row they have messed up on our order. My wife and I ordered about $30 worth of food. We get home and part of our order is missing, the burritos are just thrown together, one of the chicken Flatbread has no chicken or sauce in it. Hardly got any cheese in my cup for the nachos. And it was all cold. I live two minutes from there, really. It's not hard to take an order, make it correctly and be done. I wasn't going to make a post. But 4 times now and they never fix their mistakes when we call to complain. This location needs a severe re training.

I ordered my order online for lunch and then waited 20 minutes to pick it up. When I arrived there was already 6 cars through the drive through. Judging from the other cars extensive wait time at the speaker then it was clear no worker was communicating with customers through the speaker. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes in line I just went to the window to get my online order. It was at this time that the manager came out and explained that they were short staff and didn’t have my order ready yet. After 40 minutes from placing my online order they still did not have it prepared. At this point I just asked the manager to cancel my order. He was very rude and stated I can just do that in the app. However, I did not order in the app but under their website. Therefore, I am still unable to cancel my previous order. Now I am out $7 and still did not receive the food. I understand being short staff but when you aren’t even able to make the food then you shouldn’t be open. This was the worst fast food experience of my life and I advise no one to come here unless you want to deal with incompetent managers and slow service.

Might be the worst meal we ever tried to eat. Missing 5 items and 3 others made wrong. The items that made it in the bag were horribly made. Don't expect the Taco Bell Customer Care people to fix anything. Been over a week and I have not been contacted. Very unprofessional standards when they ignore problems.

I normally grab some late night food here around 1am-3am & the overnight staff has always been quick to get my order to me. They're always very polite & awesome each time. I've never had a order made wrong in the many times I've gone to the drive thru here at night.

I've been going here for years and always great !! Except the new manager at night she's horrible with her staff honestly " ripping headsets off employees touching them aggressively . I've been going here for ten years and yes other managers were horrible but I've never seen one physically go at another employee in front of me and other customers. We all love this staff and I won't stand to let her ruin it, very rude and loud and aggressive to her crew , makes me want to just pay the staff to deal with her and they can keep the food.

My last 2 experiences have been GREAT!! These have been the best tacos. Made very well. Professional and engaged workers. Today's 12 pk was 3 short but the manager gave me a whole new 12 pk!! Awesome job y'all. Teresa and crew are amazing!!
