This place has closed down. Would not allow me to give less than 1 star.

This was our first time eating at Dinks BBQ. It was fantastic!!! My wife and both had the ribs and brisket...let me tell you what; tender, tender, fork tender!!! The meat was fresh right out of the smoker and the curley fries were outstanding. The place was very clean and inviting, and our server was friendly. The owner came out to greet us and make sure we were satisfied. We will go back on our next trip to Bartlesville

Cold food. Brisket was tough. Took a while to get our food and overall just a poor experience. Many better choices in the area.

Had the "special", chicken as my meat with the bbq beans...hands down best bbq I've had in NWA. Plan to become a regular.

Always my go-to spot in Northwest Arkansas. The AMERICAN dip is spectacular.

The good is great, but what's up with all the ceiling fans! It's like a hurricane in there. Napkins are literally blowing off the table. Good luck keeping your food warm.

We thought this place was very good! Barbeque and brisket very tasty. Potato salad and fried okra yummy. Relaxing place to be on a Friday night if you need to wind down!

First time here so I'll start with the good. The service was nice and friendly. I asked a few questions about the menu and the guy behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and I really appreciated that. I love the HUGE ceiling fan in the dining area. That could be quite literally the biggest ceiling fan I've ever seen. Pretty cool ! As Paul Harvey so famously said, "now for the rest of the story." I would without hesitation give the food and cleanliness here 1 star for many reasons. I went at 1:30 PM in the afternoon so it wasn't peak eating hours and the place was pretty much empty with a few other patrons in there. As I went to sit down at my first choice, I noticed the table was disgustingly filthy and had not been cleaned off. Ok, no problem. Next table, same. Next table, same! C'mon man! Seriously? 6 of the dining table were either not bussed at all or were still filthy with food gunk on the tables that had never been cleaned off. Disgusting! I finally just had to take a paper towel from the table and clean all the crap off one table myself before I felt comfortable sitting down all the while I observed several other people working there kind of just doing nothing. I ordered a pork sandwich and it came with 2 sides. I got coleslaw and onion rings. I also got a couple side orders of ribs. The onion rings are so boring and bland. Something you could buy out of any freezer in a grocery store and fry up yourself for a nice heart attack. The coleslaw was actually pretty good. It's mayo based and has a nice twang with come celery seed and red bell peppers hiding in there. The ribs are full spare ribs (not my fav). The actual flavor on the ribs was decent. They had a nice pleasant smoke flavor, were tender and really didn't need any sauce. One thing that absolutely drives me crazy is when BBQ joints don't take the silver skin off the back of the ribs. That is just plain lazy! Take the damn thing off. It's so easy to do and lets you actually get the ribs so much more tender and flavorful. Trust me, I promise. The pork sandwich fell totally flat for me. The bun was pretty standard but the pork was horrible. I HATE dry meat and this pork was beyond dry. It had no moisture in the pork at all and that robs all the flavor from the pork. It was like eating flavorless, dry, tough, cardboard. Simply disgusting. I would never come here again for this kind of pork. Never. It was so dry, I had to take gulps of water when I took a bite of the pork to try and wash it down and even then it was still tough to swallow. I ran out of water several times. I'd be more than happy to come in and show them how to get some moisture in the pork so they don't serve dry pork like what I got ever again. Anyway, moving on.... Lastly, I never comment on bathrooms but this pretty much is in line with the cleanliness issue I mentioned earlier. The men's bathroom was filthy as well. Paper towels overflowing out of the trash, towel dispenser in shambles and the rest of the area was in dire need of some deep cleaning as well. Some of these things are so simple to correct, please do so!

Really good BBQ...first place I've ever been to where you can order one rib which was a nice add on to the delicious BBQ sandwich. The fries are the skinny fries like Freddie's has which I love. It's not table service but they did bring the food to us after we ordered. The cashier was less than enthused..I could be totally wrong but sensed she was an owner or manager having a bad day and was going through the motions with the whole process. I didn't even know this place existed, went based on colleague recommendation and I'll be back. It's coke, not Pepsi and they do have bottled beer available.

It was good BBQ, but not the best I've ever had. We went at 7 on a Friday night and we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant. The food was good and is worth going to every now and then. The staff was very friendly, maybe because we were the only customers? But none the less they were nice, but the huge fan made me dizzy while I was trying to eat.
