Discovered this hidden gem while searching for a restaurant near my hairstylist's salon, and I was pleasantly surprised! The menu options were abundant, and upon arrival, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying anything on the menu, and I'll definitely be back for more!
For my money, MELD is WAY better than Panera Bread and a lot of other cafés that offer a similar ambience and menu.Note: The place can be a little easy to miss from the road. For reference, it is part of the apartment complex building.The dining room is a little cozy when it's busy, but the environment is modern, bright, and simple - really pleasant. This place is just delicious. The best gluten free sandwich I have ever had. I am traveling from out of state and stumbled upon Meld. The sandwiches are unique because they are a folded sandwich and so yummy. They use Sadie Sue’s gluten free dough to make the folded sandwich. It was perfectly chewy dough and the best sandwich combos. Tom and the rest of the staff are such great people.
