This place constantly goes down hill, they need to hire better managers and train employees better and hold them accountable. Every time i go in there the employees are too busy playing around or flirting with each other to work/serve customers, and the drive through they always make you pull up and wait even if you ordered one plain cheeseburger... its ridiculous
Just went through the drive thru and it was a struggle to use our points on the mobile app (which they ask you if you want to use) and she couldnt figure out what was on the sandwiches we were trying to order, even though it showed on the picture and it is always the same no matter what mcdonalds we go to.
