Bad customer service. Ordered a free frappe with mobile app. pulled into spot and entered number. Waited and waited. Went inside to get order. Manager (owner?) is talking to employees. I finally make eye contact and tell him I'm looking for my frappe. He says they don't have the order. I order on the app again. THEN he says, oh, the machine is down, but you'll get your points back and walks away. I wasted time, have to leave empty handed and didn't get points back!

The best time to go to this location (Clarksville) is for breakfast on a weekday. That's the only time that things seem to run smoothly here. There's an employee by the name of Pam there (we asked her name out of curiosity) who really seems to keep things moving efficiently. She is always friendly and helpful. Hope someone sees this because she deserves recognition for her service there. Other than that- DON'T BOTHER. If you go through the drive thru you will be asked to pull into a parking spot- where you will wait for an order even as small as a sweet tea, McChicken, and fry...and I do mean WAIT...10,15,20 minutes....for "FAST food." I even had to leave once during my lunch break without my food because I was going to be late getting back to work. I had to call them and ask for a refund because I had already paid for my food. All she would give me was a code and told me to bring my receipt to come back and get my food laterl. That was my last straw. We gave up going to this restaurant a long time ago. If you need a quick bite and better service- I recommend the Wendy's just right down the road.

Drive thru is very erratic. One line waits 10 minutes while 3 cars go through the other line. Food is mediocre at best. Im getting a new breakfast habit. It isnt worth it

I don't usually go to McDonald's, but I was craving fries for the ride home. I had to wait a little bit, but the reward was a fresh batch! Going inside was faster than the drive through. I was surprised there were no cashiers. Order placed on a machine.
