I had the brisket, ribs and pig shots. The pig shots were very good. The ribs were ok but seemed like they wernt quite done and needed to be warmer in temperature for me the brisket was good and not dry had nice flavor. I did not get wow factor but I would eat there again.

Now this is what you want from a food truck (trailer). Had the pulled pork fries, and let me tell you, it hit the spot exactly. Gf had the hamburger, and for a BBQ truck to make a fresh amazing burger is a statement. You can smell them from the road, and that is the best advertisement ever. Didnt take long to make the food, but the time I did wait tells me they make everything fresh, and it showed. The people were very friendly and smiling. Very courteous owners and extremely yummy, original food!! Loved the creative names for food items but enjoyed the taste even more!! I don't care how much the price of pork n beef rise....I will be back!!
