The Beans have a lot of flavor and the coleslaw is some the better that I've had! The pulled pork and brisket were really good! Customer service fantastic!

I had the brisket, ribs and pig shots. The pig shots were very good. The ribs were ok but seemed like they wernt quite done and needed to be warmer in temperature for me the brisket was good and not dry had nice flavor. I did not get wow factor but I would eat there again.

Now this is what you want from a food truck (trailer). Had the pulled pork fries, and let me tell you, it hit the spot exactly. Gf had the hamburger, and for a BBQ truck to make a fresh amazing burger is a statement. You can smell them from the road, and that is the best advertisement ever. Didnt take long to make the food, but the time I did wait tells me they make everything fresh, and it showed. The people were very friendly and smiling. The drinks are canned and not fountain, and honestly I prefer it that way. They have a small picnic table that's shaded if you go after noon. They have the Best BBQ in Clarksville, and honestly some of the best I've ever had.
