“Today was the first time we've eaten here. What a great place. I had the mushroom, Swiss burger, hubby had a hamburger and my father in law had a BLT. That was a great mushroom Swiss burger and I highly recommend it. The waitress did such a great job taking care of us and the live lunchtime music was a nice and unexpected treat. He did a great job entertaining us. We wanted some ice cream for our pup that was waiting for us in our vehicle and it's Hand Dipped ice cream. The pup really enjoyed it. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable lunch!! We will be back and try the Sunday buffet soon!!!“

“I've been eating here for 13 years. I don't live in Russellville but I work for a company in town. Over the past few years, I've been ordering take due to my work schedules. I've never had any problems until 5/3. I ordered a catfish and shrimp combo plate with a extra piece of cod. The shrimp were fresh but the catfish and the cod were very small pieces and dried out. My sides(green beans and Cajun rice) and cinnamon roll were good. Just don't know if this was just a bad experience.....“

“Mackey's only does takeout. The catfish was VERY GOOD as were the fries and the coleslaw !!! The hushpuppies were the BEST that I've had anywhere !!!! I would high recommend that you give them a try, you won't be disappointed !!!!!!!!“

“Food was amazing and abundant. Like we got extra of almost everything! Had 2 meals and took home enough for a third meal. Had fried catfish, chicken strips, grilled fish, grilled shrimp, hush puppies, fries and everything tasted well seasoned and cooked! Also the drinks come in huge cups, which is great for heavy drinkers but they need to invest in longer straws for that reason. Only minor complaint. Would highly recommend anyone to grab a bite here!“

“We visited Russellville on Eclipse day. It was a busy evening, but we did not have a wait for our table. That was a very nice surprise. Brooklyn gave us excellent service. She was a positive contribution to our dinner. We all actually really enjoyed her.At my request, Brooklyn made a recommendation to start with the fried pickles. She explained that the pickles are sliced lengthwise, not in slices or spears. So we had to try them! They are absolutely perfect! I must say, they are the best fried pickles I had ever had!The rest of our food was very good! Every meal was a thick cut.If you have not eaten at Coltons, I highly recommend it! They are conveniently located about a block off I-40. We will definitely drop in on our next trip down 40.I also spoke to Jennifer, the Manager on Duty. I made her think I had a complaint... she handled it incredibly well! Needless to say, she was quite relieved when I turned it into a glowing compliment!“
