Drive thru was quick and the lady at the window was nice. Food was as good as it usually is. Had the spicy chicken
Rude rude and rude Manager if you don't like you job please go find a new one. From the beginning she did not want to wait on me. And rest of the staff followed same behavior. I asked for white me she told me no didn't have it. I asked her to up charge me still denied me. Also asked for tea once again a solid no tea from her . I am visiting El Dorado for the week but the store will not get one more penny from me and my advice go by the reviews.KFC Sucks

Not sure if it was bad grease or just been under a heat lamp to long. Service was good. Food Not so
We ordered on the app. Paid on the app. They gave our food to someone else and did not replace the food or give us our money back
