The food and service is great! The owner went above and beyond for his customers at his own cost. Our daughter lost her engagement ring in the restroom with the approval and help of the owner we arranged a plumber to come in to remove the comode to look for it doing so was terribly inconvenient for the restaurant but they were very understanding and accommodating. Chips were cold and needed salt. Salsa was mediocre. The regular guacamole tasted like Costco brand - maybe their chunky kind would have been better. The steak and relleno burrito was massive and not that great. Tiny little Anaheim pepper with poor quality "steak" that was flavorless. The shrimp chimichanga was chuck full of shrimp and smothered with too thin white cheese sauce. Our server was attentive, funny, and made suggestions for us. We had the queso birria tacos and the chile relleno chicken burrito that I heard about, and both were crazy good with poblano pepper inside. The owner and chef Fernando came out to ask how everything was and we couldn't have been more pleased. Definitely returning for dinner.
