Our server was attentive, funny, and made suggestions for us. We had the queso birria tacos and the chile relleno chicken burrito that I heard about, and both were crazy good with poblano pepper inside. The owner and chef Fernando came out to ask how everything was and we couldn't have been more pleased. Definitely returning for dinner.

The food and service is great! The owner went above and beyond for his customers at his own cost. Our daughter lost her engagement ring in the restroom with the approval and help of the owner we arranged a plumber to come in to remove the comode to look for it doing so was terribly inconvenient for the restaurant but they were very understanding and accommodating. Unfortunately the ring wasn't found but I then was taken aback when the owner paid the plumber out of his own pocket!!We will never forget how kind and understanding they were!

Chips were cold and needed salt. Salsa was mediocre. The regular guacamole tasted like Costco brand - maybe their chunky kind would have been better. The steak and relleno burrito was massive and not that great. Tiny little Anaheim pepper with poor quality "steak" that was flavorless. The shrimp chimichanga was chuck full of shrimp and smothered with too thin white cheese sauce. It was THE definition of mediocre!The server was quick on the job and with the salsa, guac, and entrees and then he evaporated. How do servers just not get it? Fill my freaking water! Check in to make sure that my food is meeting my expectations! Take the plates away when I'm done with them! Ask me if I want dessert!

Don't waste your money on las Brazas grill in el dorado..... took an hour to get food. Waiter tried to argue with us on the menu because she didn't want to rewrite ground beef instead of steak.... ordered my steak rare. Took force to cut into the very dry well done steak..... four drinks sitting empty for almost 30 minutes. Got 2nd steak back and it's done.... not rare yet again... will not be back

I got a burger and my nacho cheese was just regular cheese.my dad got a rare steak and it was not rare.
