“I got the farmhouse skillet hash and the cinnamon toast milk, and they couldn't have made a better first impression!! The drink was delicious, flavorful, and not overly sweet! It really tasted like a delicious cinnamon toast milk in the bottom of the bowl after you've eaten your cereal with little extra cinnamon and rum kick at the end.The farmhouse skillet hash was masterfully crafted, and I do NOT say that lightly!! I am not super picky, but I love to cook and have a good pallet. The onions were lightly fried and starting to carmelize. The potatoes were well cooked and slightly browned and crispy but not burned. I subbed goat cheese, and that was a fantastic idea. I'm so glad I made that last minute decision, and highly reccomend it!! There was some sort of homemade jam that I scooped out a small bit with each bite, and it paired amazingly with the savory aspects of the breakfast hash!This is easily, hands down, the best breakfast I've had in Fayetteville or anywhere in quite some time!! You can't go wrong here! ? my friend got the blackberry lemon curd French toast and million dollar bacon, which I snagged a bite and both were also delcious!! “We stopped in as we passed through the area on our honeymoon. By that, I mean I took us 45 minutes out of the way so we could check this place out. It was well worth it! We don’t have anything like this back home in south Louisiana and it was a really neat experience. The staff (what I assume were the owners and husband/wife) were so personable and their presence had a sense of warmth. The delicious food was served quickly, fresh, and hot. There was a collection of games to play with the family and a neat collection of books to check out. Overall, I’d highly recommend! I’d love to be a fly on the wall in that place, listening to the stories of those whose photos cover the walls. Thank you for this little piece of heaven! It made this Louisiana woman and her beloved sailor smile.“

“I'm not sure if I blame Village Inn or not. We did food delivery this morning. Village Inn is our go-to. The best. Their sausage is so good. We have ordered numerous times from them. Like. I could retire next year if we invested our money into anything other than the scrumptiousness of village inn on weekend. Never. Not once. Has our order been wrong. Never. Thank you! For some reason, village inn was not doing delivery this morning. We had to order from (rhymes with Eye-shop). All wrong. It was awful. “Brand new to Fayetteville from California and I think I stumbled into my new favorite dive bar. Nikki aka Momma and her staff made my day. The food was great. The drinks were awesome. The service was beyond excellent and the price for everything was just right. I will definitely be coming back for some food, drinks and play some pool. “Imagine this: it's a Friday night and you and the boys are out of your minds hungry. Out of despair comes a light at the end of the tunnel: there's a Chili's nearby. Upon realizing this you and the gentlemen you are with don your finest flannels to go enjoy some good company and scarf down some excellent food. After taking a perilous journey through a stormy night you arrive at this fine establishment and enter through the doors. Not only is the food amazing, but the service is magnificent. It was quite possibly the best service I've ever had for a larger group. Staff was polite and very welcoming, and the food was as good as ever. It was pretty crowded inside, but the staff was handling it very well and efficiently. Great overall experience for sure.“

“A few weeks ago I would have given a very poor rating to this location due to the experience we had last time we went. We have been going to this Slim Chickens for many years and have always loved their food. It is has always been consistently good, with kind staff and a quiet and calming atmosphere. After the experience we had with the staff that day and after we finished eating I filled out the online survey that their staff uses to improve upon their location and I left my contact info in case a member of their management wanted to reach out for more information. I got a call from their manager on duty that night and I explained the situation in full (the online survey only lets you use so many letters), and she was completely understanding and baffled by what happened. She immediately took corrective action to keep the situation from reoccurring as well as offered compensation to make up for the situation. I didn't rate them immediately several weeks ago because we wanted to see what would come of the survey and I have to say, we were impressed and appreciative of the professionalism and conflict resolution the management has at this location. I truly believe the situation was 1 in a million and we have every intention of visiting this Slims for years to come.“

“I have ordered twice now to have food delivered and both times the order was messed up. First they forgot the sandwich sauce and the 2nd time they forgot the main item the pizza. The first time I let it go and this time I called to try and get the pizza delivered. I spoke with GM Joseph and all he did was blame it on he delivery service. I PAID YOU for my order not the delivery service and you are responsible for making sure everything is in my order. You try to act like you're doing me a favor by making a fresh pizza. Sir there is no pizza you are just now making it. At the very least you should've reimbursed me for the pizza. If I pay you for my food YOU are RESPONSIBLE to make sure I get my food and that all of the order is picked up. After reading all of the comments I should've known that you have a problem with customer service. I pray people read this and stop coming to your restaurant until it is under better management. TAKE RESPONSIBLTY AND STOP BLAMING A DELIVERY SERVICE.“
