ordered an iced coffee and got practically all cream took it back to get a second one and still couldn't get it right I just ended up throwing it in the trash. customer service was very snobby, would have liked to have had a pleasant experience here. Bathrooms were filth and out if tissue paper in both stalls.
I ordered from the kiosk took longer than from counter fries are cold and wait time was 15 minutes there is no reason for that, but they explained they ran out of rappers for the food I ordered and apparently when it was called from the line nobody heard they were out,. I'm sure I won't return to this McDonald'

I'm usually disappointed with the Elkins McDonalds, more often than not, items are missing from your order. They will correct the problem but it's frustrating to have to go in to get the product left out.
