Ordered PLAIN McChickens only to get home and find they are far from being plain. This is not the first, second or third time this has happened. The “manager” Gage took my order (receipt was correct) and the 2nd window guy said “here’s you 3 plain McChickens”…why is it that this store can’t find workers who can read?It’s a lot easier to make a plain McChicken than it is to make one with globs of mayo and lettuce.. I’m so over throwing my money(time, gas, wear and tear on car) away at this McDonalds.Corporate- do better!

Me and husband decided not to cook so I got him the 20 piece chicken nuggets with the drive-thru and I got the Big Mac which I haven't got a Big Mac in here it was horrible the bread was dry there wasn't much sauce on it it was just horrible it look like middle-aged construction worker men working this year last night about that weird but yeah we won't go back I was very disappointedParking: Elkins Arkansas

The tables are dirty, and the floors are as well. The bathrooms are nasty AF. The food is over cooked. The staff don't take your order and they are incompetent. The catch up is always empty. The ice is always out. The sweet tea is always empty. Terrible service. I had to clean my own table. The chicken nugget 20 piece only had 15 nuggets. Effing rip off

Slow service, wrong orders, loud yelling, employees arguing and complaining.
Literally just the Elkins youth hang out spot. Went into the drive thru LAST NIGHT and ordered a simple cheeseburger meal, got home, and had only one burger and the burger I did get, was sloppy. The manager was very stressed out and seemed like she had no help from her co-workers. In the past I've been to this same McDonald's and gotten a couple burgers, both with no patties. This McDonald's seems very unorganized with certain managers.

I'm usually disappointed with the Elkins McDonalds, more often than not, items are missing from your order. They will correct the problem but it's frustrating to have to go in to get the product left out.

ordered an iced coffee and got practically all cream took it back to get a second one and still couldn't get it right I just ended up throwing it in the trash. customer service was very snobby, would have liked to have had a pleasant experience here. Bathrooms were filth and out if tissue paper in both stalls.
