Went through the drive thru yesterday evening, and two young men helped me with my order. The food was prepared quickly, and it was hot. My first job was serving fast food, and people forget what a thankless and tough job it can be. The employees here are human beings, so treat them with some decency, and see what happens.

We waited in line for 15 minutes along with multiple other customers. We never seen an employee. We could hear them visiting in the back but was never seen or spoken to. We, along with several other customers walked out to spend our money elsewhere. ?

This is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Yeah, I know, it’s McDonald’s. However, they CANNOT operate in a timely fashion. I have waited for almost 30 minutes before to get cold fries in 2 happy meals. Every time I order here, it’s incorrect. Often to get cold, or undercooked fries. The staff talks and curses loudly in the restaurant. It is always disgusting in the bathrooms. Ketchup is often found all over tables and the drink station. If it was a bunch of teenagers that worked here, and no full grown adults, I would probably find it more acceptable. Wait times are ridiculous for the amount of traffic that isn’t in the restaurant or drive through nine times out of ten.

Customer service here is terrible, I'm not sure what happened to my hometown, but this... Is not it. My family and I will not return.
The app wasn't working correctl. It was on breakfast time somehow, so it wasn't letting me order cheeseburgers or use my rewards points. The manager that was there at the time said there was nothing that she could do about it.
