Arsaga's Mill District is a fantastic breakfast spot with a hip atmosphere. The Turkish eggs were wonderful, with great flavor, and the London fog was nice and smooth. The BLT was one of the best ever, much larger than expected, and served with tasty potatoes. Sitting outside is recommended for a pretty experience. The service was attentive and respectful, with vegan options like the townie well put together. A matcha to-go was also a hit. Great for a late breakfast or early lunch near the University.
