First time for my wife and I to try a delicious chicken salad on your choice of bread or bed of lettuce , we got the trio lunch, which consisted of loaded potato soup, fruit bowl, and croissant loaded with Chicken Salad, this chicken salad is best lip smacking we have ever eaten , the loaded potato soup is fantastic my taste buds was doing backflips for this tasty delight . I wish I could give this place more than five stars because it was so good. Basing an entire restaurant around chicken salad (they also have egg and pimento salads) is a novel concept, but it so works. They have somewhere between ten to twelve different types of chicken salad and break them out into categories. You can get them either as a sandwich (on a croissant) or as a scoop, plus a side and a cookie. My parents have been there a few times and since I like chicken salad was eager to try. I opted to get the sassy Scotty which has ranch, bacon and shredded cheddar cheese in it. I was wary about the salad having celery in it but I couldn’t even tell. It was AMAZING. The chop/shred was super fine and had a smooth texture. I devoured it. I had fruit salad which was nice (grapes, strawberries and one tiny blueberry) and the cookie was yummy. I liked it so much I got some to-go for dinner that night. I wish they had one in Northern Virginia.

First time eating here and it was so yummy!! The chicken salad is packed with chicken and many fillers. I’d go back just for the grape salad honestly! I think that it wasn’t over sweet on the chicken salad. Will definitely be coming back.
