Glad we waited even though the line was to the door. Hayden was really great and made the experience awesome. He was conversational and fun, and went out of his way to ensure we received the proper amount of ice cream ? Josh checked us out, he was also really great. He was clearly trying to keep the line moving, but didn't make us feel rushed or ignored. Awesome ice cream. I had the sweet cream vanilla and every bite was better then the last. Creamy, smooth and delicate flavor. Mmmmmm. Oh and the young lady that served me and my granddaughter was very nice and helpful???

Really good for a national chain. Not sure what to tell you besides they have good ice cream. They seem to make a little extra "accidentally* so just order a small. Employees are good people. Nothing to complain about, but exactly what you would expect.
