Sincerely disappointed. They were only accepting cash which was a letdown because I never have cash AND they were out of a lot of things as well. I don’t think I’m the only one that’ll be taking my business to cava from now on.

The food was good and the server was nice. It was my first time there so I wanted to take a minute to look over the menu but they move kinda fast. I'll definitely go back though. FYI..The parking lot sucks because it's busy and small.

The way it is physically impossible to get a real person on the phone is infuriating. It would be so much faster to solve the issue if I could speak to someone that actually works there. Or make it to where I can actually type a message when ordering through door dash. I’m sad. All I wanted was to politely ask for extra fajita veggies and lettuce because there was not an option to do so online. Sad.

I'm not sure who the district manager or manager of the Fayetteville locations is but this place has gone downhill the last few years. It's almost a guarantee every time I go there they will be out of something. Last night I went there during peak dinner hours and they were out of every protein except chicken and had no black beans or fajita veggies. So I left and took my business elsewhere. Whoever is ordering the ingredients or whatever y'all's kitchen process is needs refinement because you cannot keep up with demand. We're paying $15 for a fast casual meal you need to quit skimping out on portions too.

What food we got tasted good. They were out of so many things and we had to wait for them to cook right. Since we were standing there for several minutes, I asked if someone could go wipe off the tables in the dining room (all of the empty tables were visually dirty). They looked me like I had asked for a steak cooked rare - but they talked among themselves and eventually one of the employees wiped off the tables.

No matter what time I come the food is always super fresh and amazing. Everyone here is so nice ❤️
The restaurant is filthy. Tables are sitting dirty with food and garbage on the floor. They are completely out of tea, and the beverage station is dirty. The toilets bathrooms were covered in urine and toilet paper on the floor. People are nice, but the restaurant is not being kept up. If it's dirty out front, are proper food safety/ handling requirements being followed? I usually love this place for a quick semi-healthy meal. Today was just disappointing. Hope they will do better.
