Really good for a national chain. Not sure what to tell you besides they have good ice cream. They seem to make a little extra "accidentally* so just order a small. Employees are good people. Nothing to complain about, but exactly what you would expect.

Friendly staff, the red velvet batter ice cream was terrific!!
One of the girls working had a group of friends here talking to her, being extremely loud. She proceeded to let one of the girls behind the counter to make her own ice cream. They were making videos and just being obnoxious. very unprofessional.

Ice cream was good, but.... Extremely dirty floors, tables, and very dirty behind the topping jars and the glass/sneeze guards were super gross. Very unsanitary. The female mployee that helped us was on her phone initially, she put it in her pocket and never once washed her hands. GROSS!

Beware ordering online for delivery. They use Door Dash, which I try not to use anyway (too many issues in the past). Anyway, after ordering through Cold Stone website, I called the store to check they got my order They were very nice about everything. Unfortunately, twenty minutes later i get a notice that my order was cancelled. Called the store back and they had no clue what happened. They told me to contact Door Dash. After 30 more minutes of back and forth and customer support people, Cold Stone can't help me and advised me to come pick up in the future. Meanwhile, still don't have my money and have to wait 24-48 hours for Door Dash to get back with me. I won't order from either place again. And i won't promise my kids ice cream before I have it in my hands. Oooof!

When we walked in, all the tables were dirty, the employees didn't greet us, and they were standing behind the counter talking. We had to ask them to clean off a table for us. There were no other customers so not sure why it was so dirty in there. The floor was extremely dirty. Not a good atmosphere. Ice cream was good tho.
