This a fabulous place to get sandwiches. They are so fresh and delicious. They don’t spare the filling. No matter what you order it is a lot of food. Bread is great. I get the Asiago roll and it is so tasty. I highly recommend this place.

Best sandwich I've had from Jersey Mike's. Usually I get from the Bentonville location. This one I'd eat everyday!
I gave it 2 stars because the food was good. The service however isn't. I've been to this location twice now, and both experiences were bad. Yesterday my food was given to someone else. The system for getting your sandwich isn't great so I see how this happened. They didn't try to figure out where the sandwich should have gone. Our table was staring at them, so it should have been pretty obvious. When I went to the counter to ask about our order they said they would get it made. No apology no coupon no customer service. 20 min waiting on our 1 sandwich.

Tried again to make sure it's not me...7 people behind the counter, BUT everyone has to wait for meat to be sliced per sandwich by one person! It's the only ingredient that is actually fresh... everything else is pre-made. One person could make an order faster than 7.Good sandwiches but terribly inefficient service. They only have a couple of tables and not much to drink. Pepsi only , no Dp and some other weird stuff.

Called to make sure what time they close - 9pm. Got here at 8:43. Door is locked. Two guys behind the counter, one counting money. Sound of me pulling on the locked door startled the guy with his hat on backwards, but he made sure he pretended he didn’t see or hear me pull on the door. He absconded to the back as quickly as he could to avoid making eye contact. Obviously the equipment has been off for some time as the make-up line looks completely cleaned.I know it’s summer and a holiday coming up, but the staff shouldn’t be closing early without approval from the boss. But, I’ve eaten here a lot and it’s very good otherwise.
