The food was OK, not great. The place was dirty and in need of repairs.

This is the first time ever in my life that I went to a restaurant with my husband and we each got a half a sandwich and a very small bowl of soup and paid $35. Not only that the sandwich was so hard I couldn’t even bite it so therefore I was only able to eat a very small bowl of soup, the attendant at the registers brought me some stuff to put on my sandwich, because there was no chipotle sauce on it like it was supposed to be still could not chew the sandwich was very hard. It wasn’t offered the free treat that it says on the receipt. She acted like she didn’t really want to be bothered Will never eat at Panera bread in Fayetteville Arkansas again very disappointed $35 and still leave hungry

Went with my sister for the first time. We both got the Broccoli and Cheddar Soup Sourdough Bread Bowl. Food was delicious, highly recommend the bread bowl. Side of potato chips were underwhelming, butmy sister loved her side baguette. Was decently busy when we went (Thursday at 6pm), so not much help when we were deciding what we wanted. Other than that, lovely experience.

I went through the drive thru and ordered my sandwiches. I ordered 2 Asiago bagels with just turkey. When I came to the window I heard laughter and someone making rude remarks about my order. I sat there for almost 10 minutes for the 2 sandwiches. When I got them, the bread tasted old, was hard and 2 thin slices of turkey! $26.00 for the 2 sandwiches and a cookie. I won’t be coming back.

Today was the first time I have been to Panera Bread and I will not be back. I bought a sandwich and a small bowl of soup and it was $22, seems high for the two things. No one greeted me, which is fine they all seemed busy. Also, no one tried to help me until I said I would like to place an order to go. The young man that helped me was polite. The lady named Tammy(manager?) was RUDE to everyone. She asked a Door Dash Driver a question, when he responded, she said I can not help you! She acted like she had no time for anyone and that she was the only person working. I noticed other customers were noticing her tone of voice and rudeness. If she is going to treat customers AND employees rudely then she should probably not be working in retail.Parking: lots of parking and a drive thru

When I received my food, I noticed they made the sandwiches with the wrong type of bread. The server tried to argue with me and say that's what the ticket said. She went back and forth arguing. She finally heated up the bread that I wanted and moved melted cheese, avocado, and chicken to the correct bread. I usually have good service here, but not this time.

The food was absolutely horrible. I got the Turkey and Avocado BLT and the crust of the bread was so hard I couldn't even bite through it, the tomatoes were rubbery like they were cut last week. I ended up peeling off the crust and removing the lettuce and tomato. After that it just wasnt a good sandwich. My coworker got cream of chicken wild rice soup and the sourdough bread bowl. The soup that came with the bread bowl didn't even fill it up half way, and the bread was so hard it was inedible. The soup was well overcooked, and all ingredients were mushy.

The attached picture is $12 worth of soup (dr.pepper for size). $12 for less than a cup of soup. These people are thieves. After doordash tip this tiny cup of soup was $20. Next time I'm sick I'll spend $1 on a can of Campbell's ffs.
