Placed an order through the app at 6:50 for 10pcs and a popcorn shrimp. 50 minutes later I'm still sitting in your lobby waiting. 10/10 wouldn't reccomend.Edit...Just made it home and there's no mashed potatoes.

Tonight a tall young male was working the front end and I asked him if there were sauces in the togo bag. He swiped at the bag and told me ( I don’t know it is your job). He then told me to (Go F Myself). I do door dash deliveries and I have to go to the place sometimes when I do. This restaurant is always dirty and always has employees with terrible attitudes. Tonight was incredibly disrespectful and I would advise any customers that see this to not eat here.

Ordered online. Went to drive thru to pick up. Service was "ok", could have been friendlier. Got home and noticed we were short an individual Mac and cheese, and our family size Mac and cheese was not full. Tenders were not cooked as much as they probably should have been. Then today while eating leftovers, I got a mouthful of plastic in the mashed potatoes. It'll be a while before we go back.

Can't tell you how the food was. But, the service and atmosphere was unwelcoming and almost aggressive. I tried to go inside and order, but an employee stopped me at the door and said I couldn't come in with my dog. My dog is a service animal and was wearing his harness which is clearly labeled to identify him as such. I also had paperwork with me. Didn't matter, I was told they would call the police if I didn't leave. So I left. Pissed off is an understatement.

This picture is what a $15 combo looks like, a joke. The inside of this location is disgusting and behavior of employees towards guests is uncalled for. During my visit the lobby was full of guests complaining of getting wrong orders from the drive through and lobby. Most of the lobby was very disgruntled with the amount of wrong orders and pathetic looking combos that were being served. Just had to take food and leave. Stay away.

The shrimp was dry & hard. The macaroni was dry. In fact, I haven't had a good meal the last few times I've been there. I'm not a person to leave bad reviews, but I thought maybe I should. I'm sure it's just the management. It takes someone who really cares about the company & how the people should be cared for.
Arrived at 11:30 pm, no one answered the intercom. Pulled through to the window, they saw me and ignored me. Might as well close earlier instead of paying workers to chat for the last thirty minutes of their shift.

I rarely take the time to write negative reviews. I usually just accept the bad experience, and move on, but this restaurant was absolutely disgusting. There was trash and food scattered across the ENTIRE dining room, the windows were caked in... something... and the staff were completely apathetic and disrespectful.The irrationally hateful lady at the cash register got our order wrong, did not offer to fix it when we politely brought it up, and then blamed it on us and laughed at us.This was my first time at a Popeyes, and I don't think you can blame me for absolutely never wanting to return.The chicken was just okay.
