We had our first bad experience today. Our sever Shayla was very rude and did not communicate with us at all waited almost 15 minutes to be even spoke to then we waited another 30 for all of our food to be cold. All of her other tables were also complaining about her. Thankfully another server hoped in and helped her out didn’t get her name but she was the sweetest.

We come here at least once a week. We absolutely LOVE the evening crew, Ryan and the ladies. We are always greeted with friendly smiles, happy to see us asks how we're doing. We just love it. The food is always FANTASTIC, in fact it's kind of a running joke about what were gonna get this time. Really thanks so much for taking such great care us us.

OK if you have the time.Last few times here the service has been slow. On "Free Pie Day" its absolutely glacial.Too bad because the build 4 breakfast is pretty good and reasonably priced.

I'd seen this place a million times and never got around to trying it until last week, and it was excellent. I was told there was a 10 minute wait (Sunday -the place was packed) and I was sat in like 5. Service was great and so was the food. I will definitely be back and this will be one of my top choices for breakfast/brunch from noe on. Oh, and try the pie!

My parents have been going here for breakfast every Saturday morning for probably the last decade. Occasionally my wife and I and our kids will join them.It is a great place to have a family breakfast. You can tell that the wait staff actually cares about their job and has a positive attitude about serving. The food is always good, and we always get our holiday pies from here because, duh!I know it's a chain but it feels like a hometown family restaurant. You won't be disappointed.
We waited 10 minutes to be waited on for drinks. Then 5 minutes to place our food order. When the food arrived 20 minutes later. The ticket was left on the table. Also waited for more water. That waitress was horrible. I would recommend she be retrained or consider letting go. Being free pie night, we had to ask the young man that checked us if it was free pie night. He took care of us.We did not see any management.Normally I would recommend this place. But under these conditions I don’t.
