Ordered frappes. They didn't put whip cream but it wasn't a big deal until I turned around and went back to have them put whipped cream and the little girl making the drinks wanted to argue that my parents ordered it without whipped cream. I then showed them the receipt and she still wanted to say that it said no whipped cream when it did not say no whipped cream on the receipt. The young manager was so kind and patient while keeping everyone on track. He made jokes and had amazing customer service. When we left, I told him he was great, and sadly he said we had been the nicest people all day. This is the 3rd place we tried this night, and at each place we saw customers being so ugly, so impatient. Workers completely overwhelmed. We gotta do better as customers. To that manager, keep killing it with your positive attitude. We appreciated you and the experience.

Amazing service! The manager and staff were so helpful today! In a hectic social climate it's nice to come with our grandson and feel welcomed and peace. We will be returning and our grandsons love the playroom and the staff is so friendly and patient. very clean and the food is awesome EVERY time we visit.
