Ordered frappes. They didn't put whip cream but it wasn't a big deal until I turned around and went back to have them put whipped cream and the little girl making the drinks wanted to argue that my parents ordered it without whipped cream. I then showed them the receipt and she still wanted to say that it said no whipped cream when it did not say no whipped cream on the receipt. Instead of owning up to the mistake and fixing it she wanted to argue that it was my parents fault. Teenyboppers ?

The kid's indoor play place here is 5 star. They have a bathroom, shoe cubby storage, climbing space, a slide, tablet type games, plenty of sitting space, and a coloring area.

Amazing service! The manager and staff were so helpful today! In a hectic social climate it's nice to come with our grandson and feel welcomed and peace. We will be returning and our grandsons love the playroom and the staff is so friendly and patient. very clean and the food is awesome EVERY time we visit. Thank you for your service and a job well done. Everyone wants to tell the bad. This is a Praise Report. We should catch them doing great things instead of looking for bad all the time.

The young manager was so kind and patient while keeping everyone on track. He made jokes and had amazing customer service. When we left, I told him he was great, and sadly he said we had been the nicest people all day. This is the 3rd place we tried this night, and at each place we saw customers being so ugly, so impatient. Workers completely overwhelmed. We gotta do better as customers. To that manager, keep killing it with your positive attitude. We appreciated you and the experience.
Breakfast burritos have increased price from .79 to 2.99 and decreased in food proportions and quality. My burritos were barely thicker than my sauce packet. I'm so upset. I use to LOVE McDonald's breakfast burritos but the location on highway 71 ruined it for me. I'll take my money to braums and sonic for breakfast burritos in the future.

Usually pretty good the few times I do come in here. But they need to crack down on their Sunday crew. It was not busy at all. Yet all the play place tables were dirty and untouched with the number tents still on them from previous customers, the bathroom was disgusting, napkins were empty. I went to the front to ask for a spoon and waited there for 10 minutes, which wouldn't normally be an issue but there were no other customers inside or drive through and they were all behind the Cafe wall chatting it up and goofing around, so no one could see me at the front counter... a cook saw me but just turned his back towards me and continued talking to another cook. Yall could atleast wipe down your tables and clean up the bathrooms.......
