A little story:When i moved to Fort Smith about six years ago, I had a hard time finding a good place to have lunch besides home. Someone recommended a restaurant (NOT PHO HOANG), and it was home cooking. Didn't care for the food at all, because it seemed everything was doused in gravy. Delicious!!! Some of the best food I’ve ever had I couldn’t stop eating it! The staff were very friendly and sweet as well. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Would recommend for

The food is delicious, authentic and affordable, but the parking lot at the entrance is very small and the service from the waiter is very bad. She keeps forgetting to give us tableware, sauces and vegetable side dishes that go with the pho!
