“A small local restaurant that is a short drive from Fort Smith, AR... located at Sugarloaf Lake. My son and I ordered the Triple BigRoy Burger with bacon and cheese. My son got Chilli added to his burger. It had beans but he was able to pick them out and not eat them. He was too full to eat the three patties, so I ate one of his.I ordered my Triple BigRoy bacon cheese burger with an extra patty and no bun to make it a Quadruple BigRoy. Each hamburger patties were thick 1/4 lb each. After eating 5 quarter pound patties I was full too.The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The staff was very friendly and fun to be around.Worth the drive.“

“i’m not one to write reviews but this is by far the best sonic in the area! they always take the best care of me, whether i go early in the morning or late at night. food is always hot and fresh. the staff always seems so happy, and always treat me so well! the parking lot is always clean, they have laminated signs on the order screens about the deals for the upcoming month. i’m impressed every time i go, you can tell they have a great management team!“

“Their Orange cream Frosty is amazing! Great service long line. It's hard to turn in from Zero Street the driveway is in the opposite direction in a turning lane. On 24th Street going towards either way is confusing if you needed the drive thru.“

“Nicest fast food employees I have ever seen. They all seemed happy to be there and happy I was there. Place was spotless clean. Food was fast, fresh, and delish. The girl in the pink flannel shirt offered to get an umbrella and walk me to my car as it had started to rain. Kindness! From an employee! At a fast food place! Wow!“

“Sonic is just one of those places that every time you think they've got their jobs figured out, they fire the whole crew and hire a bunch of kids who are still in high school. So one day you'll go, you order, your order is wrong somehow, you send it back, and you finally get the right order after a brief 20-30 minute wait so you can leave. Then, two weeks later, you'll go back to see that everything will be running almost perfectly. You'll get your order within 10 minutes, everything will be just right, and you'll leave, one satisfied customer. Then, you'll go back two days after that, and suddenly, it's an all new crew, which resets the cycle back to one.I'm not sure if they do this on purpose or not, but something has got to give. On the days when it all runs so smoothly, it's one of my favorite places to grab a burger, fries, and fresh cherry limeade. You won't find a better spot. However, when it's not so good, it's really not so good. Maybe the problem is the management, or maybe it's just the employees, but whatever it is, I wish they'd figure it out.Hopefully, after all that, I haven't discouraged you from going and giving it a try for yourselves. The drinks are almost always good in spite of whether everything else is or not. So it's always worth it to drop by and quench your thirst with one of their signature drink combinations. My favorites are definitely the cherry limeade and the frozen lemonade. Also, make sure to check out their app. All drinks are always half off the menu price when you order on the app. Otherwise, happy hour is from 2pm-4pm daily for half priced drinks when ordered in person.“

“We did a pick up through the app this evening and I was very happy, For the first time in a long time, the food was very fresh , order was perfect. My son and I make a joke about what we will be missing normally when we eat here but not tonight it was fantastic ? I'm not sure what they have changed but keep it up !“

“Amazing service! The manager and staff were so helpful today! In a hectic social climate it's nice to come with our grandson and feel welcomed and peace. We will be returning and our grandsons love the playroom and the staff is so friendly and patient. very clean and the food is awesome EVERY time we visit. “They do a good enough job but sometimes the food is wrong ex. I can't have onions but they will pack them on or you ask to add pickle and they will put one baby pickle on it...the worst they do is give me sweet tea..I'm diabetic and I drink unsweet. I normally eat a small burger with one slice of bread when I have to run errands.“
