Had to wait 15 mins for a waiter to get drink orders and food orders then took 30 mins to get food out to us. By then we had to box it up and leave. It was lunch time but they are in a highly old historical part of town so they should be able to handle busy. We won't go back to eat there at lunch or anytime.

Wonderful food and awesome service. We had the steak salad, chicken strips and potato soup. Only disappointment was they were out of their homemade pies. Would eat there every day if we lived here

Disappointing. Burger was reasonably good, but took a very long time to arrive. Fries were lukewarm and leathery, shrimp were swimming in a bowl of oil. Service was nonchalant to the point of rudeness, plates smeared around the outside with gunk from the kitchen. No way this place deserves 4+ stars, and if they don't shape up they won't be around much longer.

Although I do understand restaurants get busy yet waiting for 2 hours and no food is unrealistic. Voicing my concerns at the 1 hour mark was told by the waiter the kitchen only takes 6 orders at a time. At 1.5 hours was told by the waiter “you can talk to the manager but he will tell you the same thing”. At 2 hours only 1/2 of our people had gotten food. I paid for those that did get food although let’s just say this placed missed out on a $600 tab. I will not be returning - oh and the manager never came to address concerns

Poor customer service altogether. As I entered the restaurant, one of the employees seemed to be arguing with a patron. Atmosphere was really bad, took a while to be greeted and get my drink ordered. Ordered a burger ( their most popular burger on the menu) asked for a medium, but got a rare burger. That cow was still mooing…. 5-10 min for my server to show up, and had to get her attention. She believed the burger was medium and 0 help or trying to fix it.
