Family of 4 walked in around 530 on a Tuesday without Reservations, promptly seated near the kitchen. Had great interactions with the chef. He even stopped by with some amazing fries for us to enjoy while we reviewed the menu. Service was fantastic with a smoke-show old-fashioned being quite entertaining. The service and food were amazing. Don’t skip the dessert! Their pastry chef does a fantastic job! The only thing we would mention was the greeting situation at the host stand. We arrived, told her the name on the reservation and she replied that she checked us in and that was it. We looked at each other, not knowing what to make out of this. The vault is absolutely my favorite eating place in Hot Springs. My son comes in from Houston and we always go there!! tonight it was awesome and our server Mitch was outstanding!! Hot Springs is so fortunate to have such a fine restaurant here!!
