“Slow Saturday afternoon and was coming back from a birthday party with my grandson. I ordered a Greek Gyro meal with tater cakes/sprite. Paid and off the lady went? I waited for what seemed like forever, but back out of nowhere she popped up to the window. Food was fresh and super hot and both sauces were in the bag with napkins.“

Long story short, I’ve been In and out of the food industry for over a decade, I just switched fields 3 months ago. So this is for the lower rated reviews: hopefully you all can be understanding of the fact that things change. Specially in food service. Like the stock market, it goes up and down, good and bad. King Kone isn’t relative to a J&S Italian Villa, or the Vault, or even delucas or Rocky’s. It’s a mom and pop stop. There’s not 20 ppl on staff there’s probably barely 5 people working if that. So if your food didn’t come out as you hoped or your drinks or desserts, I’m sure if you mentioned it to the staff they could correct it, or refund your money. But to leave a review after you’ve likely eaten your whole meal, I find it hard to believe that it was completely horrible. I’ve also heard there’s new owners now. Idk how long they have taken over, but maybe the owners are new to food service. Maybe it’s as simple as the cooks or server having a bad or off day.
I work across the street and everyday I go to work or walk past there it is always busy 9 times outta 10. That’s just my two sense. Everyone, everything deserves a 2nd chance, even a 3rd.“

“First time trying Five Star Burgers today. I ordered through Door Dash. Possibly the best burger I have ever had. It arrived and was so hot I had to let it cool down before I could eat it. I had the double cheeseburger, and everything I wanted was on there. The curly fries were delicious, but that cheeseburger was the star of the meal. It may have been my first time ordering it, but it definitely won't be my last.“

“My grandson and I stopped in at the McDonald’s on Airport Road this morning and saw a packed parking lot. Wondering why, we went inside to order and saw lots of happy customers. As we approached the counter to order we saw the sweetest employee telling folks to have a great day and calling them by name. Sharon was very energetic and kind to us. After placing our orders Sharon said 37, and I asked if that was the price or our number. She replied “your age”! Now she’s my best friend!! I can’t say enough good things about the positive atmosphere, good breakfast food and prompt service we received this morning at the Airport Road McDonalds in Hot Springs, AR. And judging by the packed parking lot at 8:30, I’m not the only one who thinks so!! Give Sharon a raise!! She’s outstanding and a great example for us all.“

“Sonics should all be the same it's why we stop. But, this SONIC was on another level entirely!! WOW! I don't know what they did but the cheddar peppers tasted like they hand rolled them fresh. The cheeseburger was fresh and bun was so perfect. This was an amazing visit to an already known chain, but this location is in a class of it's own. Great work team.

“I have been to this location many times, the food is always fresh, ready in a timely manner, and when the Manger Melissa is on duty,I have always receive friendly and professional service. This is my go to place for lunch, even when I'm in a hurry.“

They have a great deal going for $7 you get a chicken or burger with fries, drink and ice cream.
They also have a 2 for $5 I didn’t get a good look at it but I know that they have it going.
Go check it out?? they are also now the oldest Dairy Queen location in Arkansas. They have the sign posted out front.?

“I'm always a drive-thru usually late at night. I like it the way that they always process everything in a very expedient and professional manner. Everyone is always clean and well kept and courteous. Not one time knock on wood, I have I ever gotten my order incorrect. The representative is always patient with me also. And enjoyable experience you pay get what you pay for and at 3:30 in the morning is delicious.“

“Staff was friendly, establishment was clean. I did feel like we were a bit ignored at first since they primarily want you to order from the kiosk. Once we put in our order it was quick and easy. My grandson enjoyed watching them cook from the “viewing area”. No salads btw.“

“Hot Springs AR Pizza HUT hasn't returned to sit down dining there since Covid. It's just delivery or pickup. Of course they have an app but it's a piece of Crap, I could call it worse. Never have I been able to make an account and sign in. SO even using the Order As Guest FAILS. So no way to get points Or Order through it. That leaves finding the phone number ordering in advance that way or coming into the store and waiting 15-20 minutes for your order. Love the personal plan vegetarian and personnel are good people. And they can't use the app either. Take the dahm app off Playstore until it's fixed! Mike Martin“

I ordered online as always. This location does accept national coupons! The store was very clean and inviting. Whoever made my sandwich was polite and friendly. They made sure to ask about my special instructions, unlike other locations where they don’t even notice those. The food tasted fresh and delicious.“

“tonight we ordered delivery through the Wendy's app that uses door dash. 20 minutes after our food was to be delivered we called Wendy's and spoke with Ginger.our order wasn't picked up and she told us that our food wasn't just sitting waiting that they wait until the driver comes to make it. We agreed to give it a few more minutes and if nobody from door dash came to get it we would head that way and get it ourselves. Ginger took our order again, because door dash canceled it finally, and discounted our food which she didn't have to do. Even after we got home and were eating she called to let us know that 2 different drivers came to pick up our food, an hour after estimated delivery time. Thank you Ginger for being so kind and fixing a mistake that wasn't yours or Wendy's fault.“

“The young man that answered the drive-thru was so polite so kind knew what he was talking about with the menu took my order and had it out and ready to go within 5 minutes absolutely the best experience with a fast food restaurant . Definitely a winning combination of management skills and training“

“I always use the drive thru bc I'm always on the go. They are always friendly at the window and the food is great. The fries are my favorite.

I'm a manager at Taco Bell and this NEVER happens at my store because we know it takes 5 seconds to sweep and wipe down. Something McDonalds on Malvern Ave sorely needs to learn.“

“I grew up on Corn Dog 7 back in my days in MS and haven't had it since (about 25 years ago). I was visiting hot springs and happened to see there is a Corn Dog 7 here. OMG I was stoked. Went there today and goodness it was even better than I remembered. Cheese on a stick, corn dog, seasoned fries and lemonade done right by the friendly lady who helped us out. Yesssss thank you for this place.“
