This location should be the model for all Starbucks franchise. The employees are happy and they are extremely efficient. I love coming here to get my pikes peak with special additions and my bag of whole bean espresso roast that I grind at home. Everytime I come here Rachael is all here and working above and beyond and she is awesome. I would steal her for my own business whatever it involves. Upon walking in I was greeted by multiple employees. Service was quick. I sat around to do some work and they greeted everyone who came in and the morning staff was very cheery. If i lived in town this would be my go to store. Doesn’t hurt to give service with a smile and I was a witness to it. You guys rock Starbucks in Hot Springs.

My husband and I stopped in this location this morning. It’s welcoming from the moment you walk in. We were greeted happily and I immediately noticed how clean this location is. There were 5 people working behind the counter and all of them busy but they all were smiling and respectful while working!
