Waffle House bye the lake friendly great crew open view to watch your food be cooked able to speak to the cooks also server's are awsome & good humored kid friendly.The crew is clean looking & the restaurant is too.Food is great & many options just ask.

Service was prompt and attentive. Order cooked exactly as requested. Staff friendly and talkative with patrons and other staff. Typical WH vibe.
Sausage wasn’t cooked through. Hash browns were basically raw. Eggs were crunchy and gross. Tried calling 15 times to make sure I can come get it remade for free since it’s snowing, and they never answered. Rather pay the night crew to make it again since I know it’ll be cooked all the way.The day crew here is awful. The night crew are the only people who cook the food the way it’s supposed to be cooked. Learned my lesson with the day time people yet again.01/15/24 @ like 4:30pm

Take ratings with understanding this is a Waffle House :)This is exactly what I expected and wanted when I went, three times in three days since i was at a hotel in walking distance. Overall service was as expected as well but one of the three visits the lady was not helpful, I never even got to ask for a 2nd cup of coffee before ticket was on the table and it was obvious she wanted FAST table turnover. Well, maybe ten $1 tips is better than a legit $10 tip (what I gave other two ladies) but in the end you get what you earn.

I used to come here back in 2020 all the time at like 2-3 in the morning after door dashing all night. The people there have always been so nice! I came recently when I visited my aunt and the food and the staff was still great!!
